In short

Pelorus is a 114.5-metre motor yacht that Lürssen delivered in 2003; she was the yard's largest yacht at the time and the 11th-largest yacht in the world (Boat International). Tim Heywood designed her exterior, adding a hull line inspired by the armour belt of the cruiser HMS Belfast, and Terence Disdale designed an informal, beach-house style interior (Boat International). She has two helicopter pads, the second added in a 2008 refit, four pools and seven tenders (Boat International). She first came on the market in 2022 (Boat International) and in April 2026 was listed with Edmiston at €160 million (Boat International).

The word 'yacht' seems hardly appropriate for any vessel over 100 metres in length: Pelorus is clearly a ship in every technical sense.

Who owns Pelorus?
Her current owner has not been named by Boat International or YachtBuyer. Boat International reports that she was built for a Saudi Arabian client and was sold twice by May 2011 (Boat International, Boat International).
How much did Pelorus cost?
